Job Description

Overview Broadwell Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in Oswego, NY. The ideal candidate will ensure all guest rooms and public spaces are clean, comfortable, and inviting, contributing to a positive guest experience. Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Restock room amenities and supplies as needed.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly used and maintained.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and company policies at all times.
• Assist with laundry services as required.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Good communication skills.
