• Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

• Overtime available as needed (with notice)

Summary

Ricoh is seeking a motivated Forklift Operator to join our Field Distribution team. This role is a combination of forklift operation and general warehouse labor. Responsibilities include picking/packing orders, bending, lifting, wrapping pallets, and moving equipment. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a minimum of 6 months forklift experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered and non-powered material handling equipment, including sit-down and stand-up forklifts.

• Perform warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.

• Use RF scanners to accurately process inbound, outbound, and internal orders.

• Inspect all inbound and outbound freight for accuracy and damage; document appropriately.

• Perform cycle counts and quality assurance inspections to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Maintain warehouse organization, operational safety, and 5S standards.

• Load and unload LTL, TL trailers, and vans, ensuring no damage occurs during transit.

• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance issues.

• Perform C-TPAT compliance inspections for international shipments.

• Cross-train to provide backup support for other warehouse functions as needed.

• Complete all tasks according to standard work instructions and departmental guidelines.

• Promote a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, including at least 1 year on stand-up (Reach, Dock stocker) forklifts.

• Forklift certification for Reach, Dock Stocker, or Sit-down forklifts required.

• RF scanner experience required.

• Excellent math, reading, and writing skills.

• Physically capable of walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods (team lifts for items over 50 lbs).

• Ability to take direction, multi-task, and work effectively in a team environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
