Position: Video Editor/ Social Media Strategist

Position Overview:
As a Video Editor/ Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for creating and editing engaging video content for our social media platforms. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. This is a full-time position, with a 40-hour work week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and edit high-quality video content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Monitor social media trends and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry
- Work closely with athletes, coaches, and other team members to capture and showcase behind-the-scenes content
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to comments and messages
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on the performance of social media campaigns
- Stay informed on the latest video editing techniques and tools to continuously improve the quality of our content
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing and social media management
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual storytelling
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for sports and knowledge of the industry is a plus
