Job Description

Amergis Educational Staffing is partnered with a school in Fall River, MA to hire a Special Education Paraprofessionals to work with students on a contractual basis. Details of the Position Include: Location: Fall River, MA Duration: 2025-2026 School Year Start Date: September 2025 Schedule: Monday-Friday, Schedule Varies on School Requirements: Special Education, Social/Emotional and/or Behavioral Experience Description: + Provide direct support to students in both 1:1 and small group settings + Assist with implementation of behavior support plans and academic activities + Collect and record data related to student behavior and progress Experience: + Comfortable working with students with high needs and behavioral challenges + De-escalation + Experience with data collection (types taken/programs used) and behavior tracking + Ability to remain calm, patient, and supportive in a dynamic environment + Flexibility to support other students and classrooms as needed.
