About The Job You’re Considering Your role - Work with clients and end users to gather, understand and define business requirements
- Assist with ongoing system Salesforce Commerce Cloud administration including but not limited to: creating products, promotions, source codes, gift cards, coupons, sales tax and merchandising the site, configuration of Security functionality
- Maintain database integrity and accuracy via data cleansing, data uploads
- Assist with release evaluations including defining scope and priorities for system initiatives
- Troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner and provide internal support when needed
- Lead end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & regression testing to accurately prioritize defects and re-test resolved issues
- Train customer personnel to Manage the Storefront
Your Skills And Experience - 5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Core Business Analyst/Administrator with focus on B2B Commerce
- Expert Level Experience with Salesforce Commerce Core Administration
