Monthly Pay (36 hrs/week x 4 weeks): $4,414 to $6,221/month
Differentials: Nights +$4.25/hr | Weekends +$3/hr

A Lake City area hospital is seeking a Renal Vascular RN to join a high-volume medical-surgical service that manages renal failure, vascular disorders, chronic complex conditions, and post-procedural recovery. This environment demands strong assessment skills, time management, and comfort working with higher patient volumes within a structured 12-hour shift model.
Monitor patient conditions and identify early changes in status
Administer medications and execute provider-directed care plans
Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately
Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Provide patient and family education related to treatment and follow-up
Support safe workflows, efficient care delivery, and unit-wide standards
Active Florida or Compact RN license
Minimum 1 year of RN experience
(LTAC, rehab, SNF, or corrections experience accepted)
ADN or Diploma required; BSN preferred
BLS required; NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days
