Job Description

The Reliability Manager will serve as the Site System Leader at our fully integrated paper mill, which employs more than 600 staff members. This role is pivotal in enhancing asset utilization, operational uptime, and overall production by deploying well-established improvement processes. Additionally, the successful candidate will lead a team of 10 individuals and will report directly to the Director of Maintenance.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, with a preference for candidates who have studied Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience must be rooted in a fully integrated mill environment—a setting that encompasses everything from timber harvesting and chemical production for paper to the final manufacturing process.
• Proven experience in the paper or packaging industry is essential.
• Candidates should possess a strong background in mechanical maintenance and vibration analysis, and they will be expected to obtain MLT 2 and Vibration Analyst Category 2 certifications.
• SAP experience is preferred, and the candidate must be adept at working independently in environments featuring older equipment.
