Greater Anesthesia Solutions is a CRNA locally owned and operated group in Phoenix, Arizona.

As a pro-provider group, CRNAs practice to the full extent of their training. A CRNA lead is often the board runner, providing the extra pair of hands in challenging situations and playing that pivotal role in helping all providers develop their practice doing a variety of cases.

Offering a great culture to practice in is paramount for the GAS team. By allowing our providers to practice to their full training, and further develop that training, everyone becomes a valuable resource for each other. We strive on having good communication with the team as we provide state of the art anesthesia care.

Our group primarily covers exclusively contracted medical centers, which means you get a big variety of cases. Providers do not get pigeonholed into only being able to handle one or two types of cases. And we do not have to worry about fighting for cases with 10 other groups that also cover a facility. It is our group that covers it. We are surrounded by our own team members that support each other.

A priority of GAS is having competitive market rates with flexibility in scheduling. Nice schedules and the ability to trade and swap shifts amongst the home team assures Work-Life balance. There are also plenty of opportunities to pick up additional shifts for those eager to pay off loans.

Our facilities are all in the Phoenix area which offers some of the best places to live in the country.

Current Open Positions:

1. Abrazo West Campus : Level 1 trauma center in Goodyear, right off the I-10. Full autonomy, great variety of cases. Trauma cases, neuro, Ortho – lots of regional opportunity, GI, cath lab, spine, General, OB optional. Annual income $340,000. 11-12 weeks off including a 15 consecutive day stretch off every 3.5 months. Average 4 days of work per week. Post call days off, post late days off. $30,000 sign on bonus.

2. Banner Del Webb Medical Center : New 2024 facility for the GAS family. Busy Ortho department, lots of Regional blocks, busy general surgery, endo, urology, gyn, spine, and GI. Annual income over $330k Plus $30k sign on bonus, 7-8 weeks off, (10 consecutive days off for each) including post call and post late off. Average 4 work days per week.

3. Banner Boswell Medical Center : Offers a big variety of high acuity cases. Annual Income over $330k Plus $20-$30k sign on bonus, 8 weeks off, post call and post late off.

4. Tempe St Luke’s : Smaller community hospital. Pay $365k. 6-7 weeks off. Lots of early out days.

5. Abrazo Arrowhead Campus : Busy Community hospital right off the 101 loop in Glendale. Annual Income $325,000 with 9 weeks off a year, including a consecutive 15 day stretch off every 4 months.

6. Banner Baywood Medical Center : Community Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona. Annual income $330,000-$360,000. 8 weeks off.

7. Mountain Vista Medical Center : Level 3 Trauma. Pay over $320k. 7 weeks off.

8. Banner Ironwood Medical Center : Annual Income $360+, 7 weeks off.

9. Banner Ocotillo Medical Center : January 1 2025 start for GAS. $345k annual income minimum. Work Life Balance.
