This is a fully onsite role in Rochester, New York. You will lead an end user computing team and will be responsible for team performance by providing leadership, oversight, mentoring, and supervision for the team. Your team will provide services related to help desk services, laptop / desktop provisioning (installation, configuration and support for Windows operating systems), onboarding / leaver support, and knowledge management with accountability to end user computing performance. Work will be both project and maintenance related so the ability to prioritize team member tasks is essential. Project management capabilities and detailed technical knowledge are essential to success in this role. You should have experience with Windows OS and related desktop technologies and with day-to-day management in a service desk environment. You will work closely with other IT and business functions and will communicate and coordinate across those functions.
