The Cybersecurity Analyst is responsible for maintaining the security and compliance of the QASE platform, ensuring the protection of sensitive eligibility and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data. This role involves monitoring security controls, reviewing vulnerability scan results, coordinating remediation efforts, and supporting audit and compliance activities.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor security controls to ensure effectiveness.
- Review vulnerability scan results and coordinate remediation activities.
- Support audit requests by providing necessary documentation and evidence.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of security documentation.
- Assist with compliance reporting to meet regulatory requirements.
- Review and assess access controls to ensure least privilege.
- Evaluate encryption practices to protect data at rest and in transit.
- Analyze logging configurations to ensure adequate monitoring and alerting.
- Review incident response procedures to ensure effective handling of security incidents.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to address security findings.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in security operations or compliance roles.
- Knowledge of cloud security principles.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management.
- Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, Security+).
