We are Currently hiring Electronic Repair Technicians (Level 2) – Repair Line
Pay: $16.50–$19.00/hr
We’re looking for skilled Repair Technicians who can troubleshoot and perform Level 2 repairs on a variety of consumer electronics. If you have hands-on repair experience and enjoy solving technical problems, this is a great opportunity to join a growing team.
What You’ll Be Working On
You’ll inspect, troubleshoot, and repair a range of consumer devices, including:
Sound bars
Monitors
Routers
Air purifiers
Speakers
Other electronics (smartphones, tablets, wearables, AV equipment)
Responsibilities
• Inspect, triage, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of consumer electronics
• Disassemble, reassemble, and replace defective components (wiring, connectors, flex cables, modules)
• Use hand tools, precision tools, and diagnostic equipment to complete repairs
• Perform firmware/software updates, re-flashing, calibration, and diagnostic validation
• Track workflow and repair status using internal systems
• Maintain high-quality repair standards and meet device tolerances
• Collaborate with logistics, quality, and engineering teams to identify trends and escalate issues
• Stay updated on new repair techniques, tools, and industry changes
• Follow safety protocols and best practices to protect devices, data, and team members
Qualifications & Preferred Traits
• Proven experience repairing electronics (phones, laptops, tablets, etc.)
• Comfortable with diagnosing, soldering, testing, and component-level repairs
• Certifications a plus: WISE Level 2, Apple/Samsung/Motorola OEM certs
• Solid understanding of electronics fundamentals: RF basics, power circuits, microcontrollers, signal integrity
• Proficient using multimeters, oscilloscopes, microscopes, and related test equipment
• Basic to moderate firmware/software repair knowledge
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Able to work independently with urgency and ownership
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical school/certifications preferred)
• Preferred: Bilingual English/Spanish
