Job Description

The Youth Services Specialist is responsible for the oversight and safety of children or adolescents in a variety of secure setting care settings. The Youth Services Specialist will interact with the youth in a positive manner while assisting them with daily activities and implementing treatment plans. The Youth Services Specialist will display a professional and caring attitude and will encourage positive behaviors through effective communication, decision-making, and problem-solving. The Youth Care Worker will respond to emergencies and assist in the redirection of youth when needed. Pay: $30/hr Please note there is orientation pay for the first two weeks.
