Build your skill set here! An established Steel Fabrication company has Welder / Fabricator jobs available in their Minster manufacturing facility. Welders must be able to read Blueprints to Fabricate custom parts for clients.. 1st Shift, Full Time, Production Welders / Fabricators @ $20-$21 per Hour, based on experience.

Previous Welder/ Fabricator jobs Experience Required

Duties include:

• Welding Flat Sheet Goods and Structural Material to a finished part or products using established procedures.
• Receives work order and verbal orders.
• Reports to work center to perform given tasks.
• Will work off of work order, layout, or required information off computer system.
• Set up and operate manual fabrication equipment, shears, roll forming equipment, iron worker, and punch press.
• Use of different types of foot pedals, hand levers, palm buttons, toggle switches, button controls, gauges, spot welders and various measuring devices.
• Set up and operate a turret punch press, laser torch, plasma torch, and brake press.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Home Phone or Cell
• Clean Background with No Felony Conviction
• Your Own Transportation.
• Able to Pass an Employment Drug Screen
• Able to read Blueprints
• Structural Steel Welding a Plus
• Previous Welding / Fabrication Certification and/or 1 yr. Experience Required
• Flux Core welding experience preferred.
