You'll set up, operate, and maintain folder equipment to ensure smooth operations and top-tier output. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented settings. **What You'll Do** + Set up high-speed fan-folders, including gear changes, timing, and spiral adjustments + Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to maintain peak performance + Operate folder equipment efficiently to meet production goals + Track and report production uptime each shift + Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement **What You Bring** + **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent + **Experience:** Background in manufacturing, printing, or related fields + **Skills:** + Hands-on experience with machine operation (printing, packaging, etc.) + Basic mechanical knowledge and hand tool proficiency + Familiarity with safety protocols (e.g., lockout/tagout) + Strong communication and teamwork abilities + Ability to guide and support peers **Preferred:** Experience with press or printing operations **Keys to Success** - Building collaborative relationships - Decision making - Drive results - Foster innovation - Personal energy - Self-leadership \#LI-MS1 At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting salary range is _$21.00 per hour_ . The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles may be eligible for short-term incentive or other discretionary bonuses. More senior roles maybe eligible for long-term incentive bonuses.
