Salary: $55,000 - 62,000 per year Requirements:

• I am looking for a customer-oriented individual who takes personal responsibility for outcomes.
• I expect detail-oriented candidates with strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• The ideal applicant will possess a minimum of 2 years of technical experience in providing Deskside or helpdesk support.
• Proficiency in PC hardware repair (specifically Dell and HP), along with support for Windows and OS X systems, is essential.
• Experience in software installation and troubleshooting is required.
• Support for mobile devices (iOS/iPhone/iPads/Android) is a plus, excluding warranty hardware repair.

Responsibilities:

• I seek someone who can provide support for IT equipment within a large corporate setting.
• The technician will handle desktop and laptop tech support for both Mac and PC environments.
• Support for Windows 10/11 operating systems is a critical part of this role.
• You will assist with mobile devices, printers, scanners, wireless connectivity, VPNs, and more.
• Your tasks will include managing installations, movements, additions, and changes of IT equipment (IMAC Support).
• Maintenance of repairs and spare parts for technical components is necessary.
• I expect you to research and troubleshoot various problems effectively.
• Maintaining system configurations and documentation will be part of your responsibilities.
• You will track and resolve customer incidents and requests using our ticketing tool.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for Windows devices is a key duty.
• Responsibilities will also include backup, restoration, and migration of user data.
• Smart Hands support for networking, server, and telecommunications technologies will be required.
• You will provide support for printers and peripheral devices.
• Managing the inventory of IT assets, including conducting asset audits, is essential.
• You must have the ability to research and follow relevant knowledge base articles.
• The role may require on-call and other after-hours support as necessary.
• Potential executive user support may be part of your duties.
• Various additional tasks related to deskside services may be assigned.
• You may need to provide support at other end user locations as required.

This is a full-time position, offering a salary range of $55,000.00 to $62,000.00 annually.
