What You Will Do
- Support ongoing operations and improvement initiatives.
- Strengthen inventory accuracy and overall efficiency within the department.
- Assist with activities such as inventory management, cycle counts, 5S activities, data analysis, and warehouse organization.
How You Will Do It - Supporting accuracy and reconciliation for materials.
- Assisting with scheduled counts to ensure system accuracy.
- Organizing warehouse areas to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
- Tracking key metrics and reporting trends for decision-making.
- Supporting layout improvements and labeling efforts.
What We Look For - Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations.
- Duration: Summer 2026. Up to 40 hours per week. Part-time during the school year may be available.
- Working Arrangements: On-site based at our manufacturing facility in Florence, KY.

What We Do Here Our components plant located in Florence, Kentucky manufactures and produces battery containers, covers and PowerFrame® grids. We opened in 1978 and now employ 150 people and operate six days per week. We are actively involved in our local community and host food and hygiene product drives for local homeless shelters and support Housing Opportunities of Northern Kentucky and Northern Kentucky Children’s Home.
