Job Level: Entry Level to Experienced 
Shift: Flexible (Minimum 30 hrs/week) 
Division: Blue Raven Solar Sales (part of SunPower) 

Applicants must have access to reliable personal transportation and live within 45 minutes of the office. 

Compensation  

  • Appointment Setters & Sales Representatives : Commission-only - Earn $2,800–$8,000+ per deal , depending on system size

About the Role  

Join SunPower's growing team and play a vital role in helping homeowners transition to clean, renewable energy. We're hiring both Appointment Setters and Solar Sales Representatives to represent Blue Raven Solar Sales, part of SunPower's nationwide solar network. 

As a Setter, you'll introduce homeowners to SunPower's solar solutions and schedule qualified appointments for our Sales Representatives. 
As a Sales Representative, you'll meet with those homeowners, educate them on the benefits of solar, and guide them through the transition to clean energy. 

This is a field-based position involving in person conversations through door-to-door outreach and community engagement.

Responsibilities  

  • Engage directly with homeowners to generate interest in solar solutions 
  • Schedule and attend qualified appointments (Setters schedule, Reps close) 
  • Educating customers on the benefits of solar with tailored proposals 
  • Leverage door-to-door, social media, and personal outreach to build opportunities 
  • Maintain professionalism, integrity, and excellent communication throughout the process 
  • Guide customers through a seamless transition to solar 

Qualifications  

  • No prior solar experience required, full training provided 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Comfortable with door-to-door and in-home interactions 
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable vehicle 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
