Senior Internal Auditor

$90k-$100k 

3 Days in Office

My client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Internal Auditor to lead and oversee internal audit activities related to medical facilities across the country. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and compliance within our diverse network of facilities. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive internal audit plans for facilities located throughout the country.
• Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management practices, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with regional and facility management teams to understand local operations and tailor audit approaches accordingly.
• Evaluate facility infrastructure, safety protocols, and compliance with environmental and occupational health standards.
• Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of facility maintenance and management processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives within the facilities.
• Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans for national and regional management.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions and improvements identified during audits.
• Conduct follow-up audits to track the progress of corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to facilities management.
