About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Management Consultant Early-Stage Solar Project Manager to join our Early-Stage Solar Engineering & Construction (E&C) team. In this role, you will support the largest renewable construction company in the world. Under limited direction from the Solar Regional Lead Project Manager, you will manage systems, business operations, and early-stage project activities. Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of assigned Solar projects during Early-Stage phases, including Screening, Diligencing, and Pipeline Management, leading up to handoff to Late-Stage Project Management.
• Manage all aspects of daily project activities to ensure delivery of a technically feasible, schedule-appropriate, commercially supported, and financially viable project.
• Analyze technical and financial data to identify trends, variables, and indicators relevant to project success.
• Support creation and actively manage capital budgets for assigned Solar projects.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams (Engineering, Development, Permitting, Construction, and Commercial teams).
• Facilitate engineering activities, support permitting, resolve project issues, assist in commercial contract negotiations, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Use various software applications to manage project deliverables, timelines, and critical data.
• Present project updates and insights to Executive Leadership with guidance from the Regional Lead.
• Support overall group organization, data management, project readiness, and other tasks assigned by the Regional Lead to ensure project and team efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong financial and data analysis skills.
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in understanding technical project variables.
• Prior experience in Construction, Energy, or Solar industries is a plus.
• Strong motivation to grow within the Project Management career path.
