Dinamic As Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing priorities, and maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling with precision
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and organize follow-up actions
Handle professional correspondence, emails, and document preparation
Assist with travel planning, logistics, and itinerary coordination
Maintain organized records, files, and confidential information
Support day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects
Act as a reliable point of contact between internal and external stakeholders
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities efficiently
