Job Description
Salary Range: $50 hour
Everything Motorcycles is South Florida’s oldest independent dealership. We serve most makes and models; Honda/Kawi/Suzi/HD/Triumph/BMW/Duc. We have state of the art computers for diagnostics. High quality lift stations. Top of the line tire and balancing wheel machines. We always support our technicians tickets. Upgrade from a tire to oil changes, brake flushes etc. We perform top quality work and we are looking for ONE technician that has a strong background in multiple lines. Qualified Candidate has a passion and desire to produce at a good pace. with precision work!
Comebacks are for other shops. If you are passionate in working on your bikes, you want year round work, we got you! We always have bike work, from January through December.
Pay: $400/week. $30/hr per billable hour.
Bonus: Hit 30 hours weekly get bonus. Hit 40 hours, get additional bonus (billable hours).
IE: Do 35 hours of billable hours, get $1050 (plus your $400 weekly). *flat pay for certain jobs (Oil change, tire change etc) (additional Bonus not included in this example)
Pay: Bi-Monthly
MUST HAVE:
Carburetor proficiency.
Own Tools.
Valid DL w endorsement.
Good Driving Record.
Ability to work on your own.
Ability to work with others.
Can work on multiple lines.
Two years MINIMUM verifiable motorcycle work experience *25 years same location. We are not a teaching center.
Want to work hard, have a fun environment.
Some Saturday’s required.
