MOBILE PHLEBOTOMIST/MEDICAL ASSISTANT - PER DIEM INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

• Must be willing to travel to the client's location for appointments.
• Availability required is for 1-2 weekdays from 9 am - 1 pm and 1 Saturday morning a month, other availability to schedule clients would be a plus, including any afternoons or early evenings.
• Paid on a fee per case basis twice a month.
• Accurately labeling specimens, centrifuging specimens, documenting health histories, manual vital signs, and obtaining EKGs when needed (will train with our equipment).
• Call clients, schedule them, centrifuge SST, scan paperwork when finished & complete out in the portal, FedEx out all specimens.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Current phlebotomy experience of 2 years, skilled in hand stick as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional, responsible, and self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation, current Driver's License & Auto insurance.
• Must have a computer with internet access and a printer to print orders and documents.
• YOU MUST SUPPLY YOUR OWN: BP cuffs (reg. & large). Stethoscope, scale that goes to 360 lbs., metal tape measure. Blood and urine kits will be provided to you along with a centrifuge and EKG machine.
• BACKGROUND CHECK AND URINE DRUG SCREEN REQUIRED.
