Key Responsibilities - Create engaging digital and print content for websites, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Support recruiting and brand awareness campaigns by developing targeted materials and messaging.
- Track engagement metrics using analytics tools and prepare reports to evaluate campaign performance.
- Collaborate with Communications and Operations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all initiatives.
- Assist in brainstorming and executing creative ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain and update content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Contribute to market research efforts to identify trends and opportunities for audience engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a knack for crafting clear, compelling, and audience-focused content.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or Google Analytics).
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through visuals and text.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with internal teams and contributing to creative discussions.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating marketing assets.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and strategies for professional or B2B audiences.
- Exposure to content management systems (e.g., WordPress) or email marketing platforms.
- Interest in technology, aerospace, or secure connectivity industries.
