You don't just help patients - **you help change the world.** **Role Overview:** + Manage the technical functions, activities, and operations of assigned departments to provide high quality, efficient, and cost-effective patient care and ensure compliance with departmental, MSKCC, and regulatory standards. + Where applicable, functions as modality or department expert. **Key Qualifications:** + 7-10 years experience in Interventional Radiology preferred, including proven supervisory experience. + Licenses: New York State in Radiologic Technology. + Registration: ARRT. **Core Skills:** + **Strategic Leadership:** Ability to align transport services with MSK's mission and goals, driving measurable outcomes in operational efficiency and patient satisfaction. + **Operational Expertise:** Strong understanding of transport logistics and healthcare operations. + **Collaborative Leadership:** Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams. + **Data-Driven Decision Maker:** Ability to use data to guide decisions, assess performance, and drive improvements. + **Effective Communicator:** Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and departments. **Additional Information:** + Location: Main Hospital Campus, 1275 York Avenue, New York, NY + Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (flexibility as needed) + Reporting to Clinical Director, Radiology **Pay Range:** $133,500 - $220,400/annually **Helpful Links** : + Compensation Philosophy ( + Benefits \#ZIPHP \#IHP \#LI-POST Pay Range: $133,500.00 - $220,400.00 FSLA Status: Exempt **Closing** : At MSK, we believe in fair, competitive pay that reflects your job, experience, and skills.
