Job Title: IT Systems Administrator

Department: Operations

Reports To: Director of Operations

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for managing our Managed Service Provider (MSP) relationship, handling all help desk inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of our internal IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Google Workspace, Microsoft Windows, VoIP, Salesforce and Networking as well as experience in setting up and configuring new systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

• 3+ years of experience in an IT support or systems administration role

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Google technologies

• Demonstrable experience with Cyber Security solutions

• Experience with network administration

• Experience with Wi-Fi network administration

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing MSP relationships

• Certifications in Microsoft or Google technologies

• Experience with Ubiquiti hardware

• Experience with VoIP administration
