IT Project Manager
Location: Bay Area, CA (Hybrid / On-site as needed)
Employment Type: Contract and Contract-to-Hire (future opportunities)

About the Opportunity
Talent Connection is building a proactive pipeline of experienced IT Project Managers interested in supporting large-scale enterprise technology initiatives within a well-established Bay Area–based organization .
These upcoming opportunities will focus on driving complex, cross-functional IT programs across enterprise systems, infrastructure, security, and application platforms. This posting is intended to identify strong project leaders who are open to Bay Area–based work as initiatives formally launch.
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and budget
Partner with technical and business stakeholders to drive execution across multiple workstreams
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting
Facilitate project meetings, executive updates, and cross-functional coordination
Manage vendor relationships and third-party deliverables as applicable
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
Ensure adherence to enterprise SDLC, governance, and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in enterprise environments
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives
Strong stakeholder communication and executive presence
Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
Exposure to enterprise platforms, infrastructure, security, or business systems
Willingness and ability to work in the Bay Area (hybrid or on-site as required)
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience supporting Fortune 500 or large enterprise organizations
PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification
Experience coordinating external vendors and distributed teams
