Join our dynamic Inclusion team as a hands-on Inclusion Project Manager, leading and executing Medium to large-scale initiatives that embed inclusive practices into programs, policies, and processes across both branch and corporate teams. This role goes beyond traditional project oversight, it requires deep involvement in every stage of the work, from conducting research and developing solutions to executing tasks directly. You'll bring a strong understanding of inclusion best practices, the ability to influence without authority, and the skills to navigate sensitive topics with empathy. Success depends on your curiosity to understand the business and the diverse needs of our customers, ensuring your recommendations are both relevant and valued.
**What You'll Do**
**Inclusion Project Execution & Planning**
+ Plan, coordinate, and execute inclusion-focused projects that support diverse internal audiences, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
+ Partner with leaders and teams to operationalize inclusion efforts within programs, policies, and processes.
+ Serve as a subject matter resource on inclusion practices, tools, and metrics, helping translate strategy into actionable steps.
**Stakeholder Engagement & Influence**
+ Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to gain buy-in and support for inclusion initiatives.
+ Influence without authority to integrate inclusive practices across teams and departments.
+ Navigate sensitive topics with empathy, fostering inclusive engagement across diverse teams.
+ Advocate for revenue generating departments in collaboration with corporate departments to ensure feasible, client-centered solutions.
**Project & Program Management**
+ Independently lead and manage multiple complex projects from initiation to completion.
+ Create and execute detailed project and communication plans.
+ Facilitate project meetings, manage deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
+ Evaluate vendor options, manage project budgets, and provide recommendations to leadership.
+ Provide oversight and consultation throughout project execution and rollout.
+ Drive execution of project tasks by managing timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
**Customer-Centered Innovation**
+ Listen actively to customer feedback to design solutions that meet evolving needs.
+ Proactively seek input to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
**Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement**
+ Compile and analyze metrics, feedback, and performance data to recommend enhancements to senior leadership.
+ Detect and resolve project conflicts effectively with key stakeholders.
**What You'll Need**
+ BA/BS degree required or equivalent professional experience.
+ Minimum 5 years of project or program management experience, ideally within a large corporate or service organization with international branch/field locations.
+ Inclusion experience preferred.
+ Strong ability to adapt project management skills to diverse work cultures and environments.
+ Proven customer service orientation with experience supporting internal and external stakeholders.
+ Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
+ Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver compelling pitches and presentations using PowerPoint.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (advanced skills), Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
+ Highly collaborative with a desire and ability to continuously learn and grow.
+ Comfortable managing complexity and ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and interpret data to inform decisions.
The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
$75,000.00 - $110,000.00

Robert Half provides paid time off for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of Choice Time Off (CTO) our people receive varies based on their years of service and is pro-rated based on the hours worked per week. A new hire earns up to 17 days of CTO per calendar year. Our people also receive up to 11 paid holidays per calendar year. We also offer the opportunity to contribute to our company 401(k) savings and investment plan or deferred compensation plan (if eligible), with an employer match of 100% on the first 3% of your contributions for eligible employees.
