Job Description

1. Source, attract, and recruit healthcare professionals through multiple channels
2. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
3. Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers
4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from offer to onboarding
5. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
6. Develop job postings and manage recruitment campaigns
7. Build and maintain relationships with medical schools, training institutes, and staffing agencies
8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations
9. Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and hiring status
10. Participate in career fairs, recruitment drives, and networking events
