We are an Academic & ADHD coaching practice that was founded in 2013 to help teens and young adults earn better grades with less stress by improving their mindset, organization, time management, and study skills. About you

We're seeking energetic, inspiring coaches with a talent for connecting with middle school, high school, and college students. This is a full-time position, with the majority of your time dedicated to one-on-one coaching sessions and your remaining time spent supporting students' progress, communicating with families, and collaborating with team members. Ideal candidates for this role will have...

  • A bachelor's and/or master's degree in education, psychology, or a related field
  • Professional experience in one or more of the following areas…
    • Academic, ADHD, or Executive Function Coaching
    • Special Education or School Counseling
    • Mental Health Counseling, Therapy, or Social Work
    • ABA, Educational Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech/Language Pathology
    • Academic & Study Skills Tutoring

Job Responsibilities

As a full-time coach, you will be responsible for… 

  • Meeting with students for 30 hours of coaching sessions/week
  • Connecting and collaborating with students and families to help them reach their goals
  • Identifying + planning the most important topics to cover in students' sessions
  • Communicating with parents about students' progress (by text, email, and phone)
  • Checking in with students by text or email between sessions as needed
  • Collaborating with teachers, counselors, tutors, and therapists, as needed
  • Engaging in 1:1s, small groups, team meetings, and other continuing education sessions
  • Performing various additional tasks as needed, to help support our team and families


Job Details

This is a full-time hybrid W2 role based in Atlanta, GA. 

We are looking for coaches who are...

  • Based in the Atlanta Metro area
  • Able to meet with clients in person at least 3-4 days a week at our office locations in North Druid Hills and/or Roswell (the remaining 1-2 days would be virtual)
  • Available to meet with clients after school and on weekends, including:
    • Mondays - Thursdays (4 - 8 pm)
    • Saturdays (10 am - 2 pm) or Sundays (10 am - 6 pm)
  • Remaining hours would be flexible based on client needs (typically Mon-Thurs between 10 am and- 2 pm)

Salary: Starts at $50,000 / year, depending on qualifications and experience
