MINIMUM 1 YEARS EXPERIENCE USING A SITDOWN FORKLIFT.

Connect Staffing is seeking a Sitdown Forklift driver for a company that distributes fruits and vegetables the city of Los Alamitos, CA.

Schedule: M-F 7:00AM -3:30PM 

Requirements for Sit-Down Forklift Operator:

• Ability to safely operate a sit-down forklift in a warehouse or yard environment.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to safety and ability to follow site rules and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep up with daily workload.
• Prior experience in roles such as Sit-Down Forklift Operator, Forklift Driver, Warehouse Associate, Material Handler, Shipping and Receiving Clerk, or Yard Worker is a big plus!

Responsibilities of the Sit-Down Forklift Operator:

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, and stage materials.
• Load and unload trucks and containers as needed.
• Transport materials to designated locations within the facility or yard.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general material handling duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
