As an Entry-Level Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality videos for our company. This includes working closely with our marketing and communications team to understand our brand and messaging, as well as collaborating with other team members to develop creative concepts for video projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Edit and produce video content for various platforms including social media, website, and events
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects
- Work closely with the marketing and communications team to ensure videos align with our brand and messaging
- Utilize industry-standard software and tools to edit and enhance video content
- Maintain organization and backup of all video files
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve video content
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in video editing or a similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Strong understanding of video production and editing techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for storytelling and creating visually compelling content
- Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus
