Entry Level Logistics Agent - Air Export
Location DFW Airport TX | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
• $20-24/hour
• Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Temp-to-Hire (W2)
ROLE IMPACT: This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in international logistics. As an Air Export Agent, you’ll support the shipment process from start to finish, learning industry fundamentals while contributing to smooth, on-time deliveries. This role is ideal for fast learners with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow in a high-energy team environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Help prepare documents for international air shipments
• Assist with booking pickups and confirming flight schedules
• Communicate with customers to provide updates and solve issues
• Track shipments and work with internal teams to avoid delays
• Support warehouse team by checking freight and confirming labels
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication via phone and email
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Shipment tracking platforms (training provided)
• Email and team messaging tools
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Any experience in logistics, retail, or customer service
• Comfortable working flexible schedules as needed
• Eager to take initiative and grow with the team
