As a diversified, national organization, you'll have access to competitive benefits including a fresh perspective on workplace flexibility. **Position Purpose:** Responsible for developing digital content thru Sales Force Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar communications platform within the member engagement and communications team. Project manage the cross functional communication calendar to ensure deployment of all communication. + Develop digital content by writing engaging content for email, text, and other needed digital communication. + Create graphic design in a communication platform by determining the layout, imagery and icons to build engaging communication. + Develop Web Content and functionality for CTAs to ensure communication is connecting to the correct location and driving traffic to needed detail. + Analyze all metrics to understand the effectiveness of communication. Test and learn to ensure we are being impactful in our space. + Measure communication performance by developing and analyzing reports to show the impact of communications to leadership and providing recommendations for areas of improvements. + Manage technical issues with the platform, build automated journeys. + Perform communication tests to build a variety of paths for engagement to determine the most impactful path. + Project manage the cross functional communication calendar ensuring orchestration with communication and managing tactic deployments to reduce overlap while ensuring are met. **Education/Experience:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. 4+ years of Sales Force Marketing Cloud or similar automation system experience required. Knowledge of HTML and modern programming language. Need to be knowledgeable within the computer science along with being an expert at communication best practice and creativity. **License/Certification:** Salesforce Marketing Certificate would be preferred but is not requiredPay Range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
