Location: OH-Cincinnati, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Overview: Crew helps our clients deliver change through IT project delivery, business process improvement, and operational efficiency efforts. Crew software engineering associates use a variety of technologies in Agile and lean startup methodologies to automate manual processes, create microsites, learn new technologies, and everything in between.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, coding, and testing customer reporting solutions using Oracle PLSQL and PowerBI
• Learn new software development technologies and techniques
• Participate in software development activities such as requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering program, ideally from one of the following universities: University of Cincinnati, ITT Tech, Purdue
• Local to Cincinnati and able to work hybrid from the office at least 3 days per week
• Solid SQL (MS SQL/Oracle) development skills. PowerBI experience a plus
• Strong problem solving skills
• Intellectual curiosity, continuous learner
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Some AWS knowledge/experience is nice to have
  
  

The salary range for this role is $57,500 to $72,500 or the hourly equivalent.
