We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will enter, update, and maintain accurate information in our systems. This is a fully remote position, ideal for someone who is organized, focused, and comfortable working independently.
Enter data accurately into company databases and systems
Review data for errors and correct any inconsistencies
Update and maintain existing records
Follow data entry guidelines and deadlines
Keep information confidential and secure
Communicate with team members when clarification is needed
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (typing, email, spreadsheets)
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable internet connection and computer
Prior data entry experience is a plus, but not required
