About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in our databases and systems. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and able to manage large volumes of data with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and verify data in internal systems, spreadsheets, or databases.
  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any issues.
  • Maintain accurate records by following data program techniques and procedures.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure quality and completeness.
  • Retrieve and organize data as requested for reporting or analysis.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
  • Communicate with team members to clarify data requirements or resolve discrepancies.
  • Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred but not always required.
  • Strong typing skills (e.g., 45–60+ WPM) with high accuracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with database systems or CRM software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
