**Location:** Toledo Hospital **Department:** Information Desk **Weekly Hours:** 21 **Status:** Part time **Shift:** Afternoons (United States of America) **Job Summary:** When patients and visitors walk into ProMedica Toledo Hospital, you will be the first face they see. You will greet and direct people as well as provide wheelchairs or escort services as needed. You will help serve as a resource for ProMedica Toledo Hospital as people ask questions about the hospital, campus or Toledo area. This role also involves supervising information desk activities and volunteer Guest Guides. In this role, you will look for potential safety issues in the lobby area and alert security if needed.
