Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant  for our Rockledge clinic location. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Perform splinting according to diagnoses.
• Document patient progress and maintain detailed treatment records
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Develop therapeutic interventions focusing on daily living activities
• Educate patients and families about adaptive techniques and equipment use
• Participate in discharge planning and provide home exercise programs
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards

Qualifications

• NBCOT certified, graduate from an accredited college
• Current state of Florida license, CPR certification
• Experience in the field of Hand Therapy
• Outgoing and energetic personality
