As a Barista at 22 Bliss Cafe, you'll come aboard a team dedicated to quality, consistency, and the best customer experience while staying in harmony with nature. You'll learn the basics of coffee and teas, understand where it comes from, and why our products stand out from the rest. You'll also be introduced to how we take raw products and make them into healthier enjoyable beverages. As a Student Barista you will learn the basic procedures of operation, cleanliness & organization that will enable you to stay on task and help you move forward within our team. Job Responsibilities: As a member of the 22 Bliss Cafe team, you are expected to work as one with all teammates regardless of position, work responsibly, stay focused, and assist where ever help is needed. Responsibilities include:

• Work in conjunction with the Barista to learn drink & store processes
• Get familiarized with coffee bar & lay out of store
• Keep work area, utensils, and equipment clean and presentable to customers
• Anticipate store and customer needs using company guidelines
• Learn food & safety regulations
• Report to work on time & in compliance with the dress code
• Clock in & out for every shift, including breaks
• Work as a unit with all coworkers to ensure the best customer experience along with an efficient work method
• Learn our different menu items
• As customers leave check table for crumbs, spills, trash etc
• Maintain an attitude of Bliss with customers, coworkers, and most importantly yourself

• Begin Coffee Bean Roasting
• Check Coffee Ice Tray
• Refill Cups and Lids
• Weigh Coffee
• Refill Table Sugar
• Sweep & Mop Bar Floor
• Clean Outside Tables & Chairs
• Empty Trash Can
• Sweep & Mop main Floor
