About the Role

This is a remote opportunity for a Business Development Mentor . In this role, you’ll guide aspiring entrepreneurs and professionals through proven business strategies, mentorship frameworks, and personal growth systems. Rather than managing a traditional sales cycle, your primary focus will be empowering clients to build their own success , leveraging automated tools and a structured mentorship process.

Key Responsibilities

• Build trust and strong relationships with clients, providing strategic support throughout their journey
• Provide onboarding, resources, and mentorship to set clients up for sustainable success
• Leverage digital systems and AI-driven tools to streamline processes and maximize impact
• Engage in ongoing personal development and leadership training to continuously elevate your own skills

What We’re Looking For
