Location: Plainfield, IN

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: $18.00 to $19.00 Hourly (DOE)

Position Overview:
The Bilingual Recruiter is responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent for our clients while managing the recruitment process remotely. This role offers opportunities for growth into lead or management positions for ideal candidates. You will serve as the central point of contact between candidates and clients, ensuring a strong talent pipeline and efficient staffing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, screen, and interview potential candidates remotely.
• Coordinate the hiring process, including onboarding and verification of applicants.
• Post job openings on social media and respond to potential candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide management with reports as requested.
• Collaborate with department managers and leadership to anticipate staffing needs.
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews and ensure compliance with company policies, I-9s, and background checks.
• Reach out to community groups, colleges, and other talent sources to attract qualified candidates.
• Participate in initiatives to recognize and retain employees.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal fluency required).
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and able to adapt to varying client needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous recruiting experience preferred; experience as a bilingual recruiter is a plus.
• Familiarity with recruitment databases, candidate sourcing tools, job sites, and LinkedIn.
• Strong interview skills, including structured, competency-based, and phone interviews.
• Hands-on experience with reference checks, applicant screening, and onboarding procedures.
