We're searching for an experienced and solid individual to help lead our sales team. This isn't just a sales role; it's an opportunity to use your sales & finance experience to help us grow & sell more vehicles than ever. 

Your Responsibilities:

• Building a quality sales team.
• Leading, motivating, and training our sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize profitability in our used vehicle inventory.
• Utilizing your finance acumen to structure deals, manage inventory, and optimize financial performance.
• Ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.

What you bring to the table:

• Proven sales management experience within a used vehicle dealership is a must.
• Strong financial understanding and experience, including deal structuring, inventory management, and profit optimization.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for the automotive industry and a deep understanding of used vehicle sales cycles.
• A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
