Job Description

The Associate Manager, Store Marketing Operations will be responsible for providing support throughout the development and implementation of store marketing tactics to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This individual will collaborate closely with internal and external partners to ensure the successful execution of promotional initiatives and distribution of marketing materials.

What You'll Do:

  • Assists in the development and purchasing of permanent or promotional materials aligned with marketing objectives and target audience including the identification of new signage opportunities.

  • Develops and implements various processes and workflows. Recommends process improvements to increase efficiencies.

  • Partners with internal teams, including category and operations to support various marketing programs via in-store signage and activations

  • Oversees the budget management, inventory management, estimates and invoicing of promotional or permanent signage.

  • Manages timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution of in-store marketing initiatives.

  • Manages strategies for placement and messaging with support from various cross functional teams.

  • Supports Store Marketing Operations Manager with inventory and store reporting requests, including data reports and pulls.

  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to align promotional initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives.

  • Works closely with creative team and trafficking specialist to ensure in-store signage is produced on time and within the appropriate placement parameters

  • Communicates effectively across teams to ensure alignment and cohesion in in-store marketing efforts.

  • Prepares reports and presentations summarizing key insights, competitive trends, and recommendations for improvement.

  • Supports Store Marketing Operations Manager with ad hoc projects.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, business, project management, or related field preferred

  • 3-5 years experience in related field preferred

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Print Signage spec experience preferred

  • Copywriting experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Retail experience a plus

  • Experience with project management tool a plus
